Relabel a Node

The racora.io/rf-ready, gpu-ready and fronthaul-ready labels decide what schedules on a node: CU-IP only on gpu-ready, a real-radio DU only on rf-ready.

This applies to any node, the control node included. On the k3s platform a node's racora.io/* labels are taken from /etc/racora/node-capabilities once, when the node registers. A host fixed afterwards (the GPU driver came up, UHD was installed) keeps its old labels until you set them. Re-run the validator so the file is current, then label the node from it:

On a cluster you run, re-run label-node.sh <node> from the installer package instead (Install onto an Existing Kubernetes Cluster); it applies what the file says.
